I have been in BPO industry for almost 7 years where I started as a top performer agent. With my perseverance and enthusiasm in this field I was promoted as a Team Leader. Managing 15-18 head counts in production, where I provide direct supervision, coaching and motivate performance. Throughout the journey of my team, I eventually developed my leadership skills and at the same time consistently managing team's KPI goal on top. Am eager to learn new things and always ensure to provide a satisfactory performance whatever it takes to get that exceptional result.
