Mikko A. Valenzuela

I am a passionate and results-driven professional with more than six years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Over the years, I have developed strong expertise in customer service, sales, technical support, and team leadership. My career has allowed me to work with leading international accounts such as T-Mobile USA and Asurion, where I learned the importance of delivering excellent customer experiences and meeting performance goals with consistency and integrity.

I take pride in my ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and productive. Whether it’s resolving technical issues, explaining complex information in simple terms, or offering value-added solutions, I always aim to make each conversation helpful and satisfying for the customer. My background in sales has also taught me how to listen actively and identify opportunities to offer the right product or service that best fits the customer’s needs.

Aside from frontline work, I’ve also handled leadership roles, serving as a Team Leader and Lead Trainer in previous companies. In these roles, I had the chance to coach, motivate, and guide teams toward achieving and even exceeding their targets. I find great fulfillment in helping others grow and seeing the direct results of teamwork, discipline, and consistent effort.

Technology plays a big part in how I work. I’m skilled in using AI tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft applications to improve productivity and reporting accuracy. I also enjoy learning new tools that can make tasks more efficient and data-driven.

What drives me the most is continuous improvement — not just in my own performance, but also in how I can contribute to the success of the team and the company. I believe that success comes from a balance of hard work, humility, and a genuine desire to serve others.

Outside of work, I am a family-oriented person who values relationships, learning, and community involvement. I bring the same dedication and positivity I have in my personal life to the workplace, believing that passion and professionalism go hand in hand in achieving meaningful results.
