I'm a virtual assistant for three years and eight months, I was a property management assistant for three years with extensive experience in email management, handling invoices, creating lease contracts and management authority, processing rental applications, and assisting four property managers with their high volumes of portfolios.

Before working as a property management assistant, I spent over a year as a virtual loan support officer at a car finance company. My responsibilities included managing inbound and outbound calls, processing loan applications over the phone, handling documentation, and conducting follow-ups. I was also responsible for reviewing applicants' bank statements to determine their loan eligibility, which I would then forward to the broker after my initial assessment.
