. I have been an IT guy (1st, 2nd Level IT/Desktop/Application/Server Support/SysAdmin) for the last ten years. I have worked with variety of clients from Oil & Gas, banking and to medical clients; doctors as well as hospitals. I have consistently have exceeded customer support/success benchmarks in my career.
A few things about me:
• I have a broad technical curiosity with proven technical understanding and problem solving. I have dabbled in a few different technologies and systems
• I have the ability to communicate clearly and positively through written and spoken English
• I have a very proactive approach to dealing with clients – I make sure I can clearly understand the problem. Once understood solving is relatively easy; the hard part is getting the client to explain properly what the problem and what solution they want as per my experience in support.
• I have a quick learning curve and with some assistance from colleagues to learn company practice & procedures; I am positive I will be excellent in no time.
• While not technical writings skills (manuals etc.) per se but strong documentation skills.
• I have worked and studied various computer systems and have worked with a variety of clients from end user to VIP clients such as VP’s and Managing Directors.
• I have the ability to take a problem from the beginning all the way through to the conclusion successfully.
