Mike Joshua S Ibahay

I am Mike Joshua S. Ibahay, a Licensed Professional Teacher and a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Filipino. My academic background and professional experiences have helped me develop strong communication, leadership, and creative skills that I apply in both educational and digital environments.

Aside from teaching, I have experience in social media management, marketing support, and graphic design. I previously worked as a Social Media Manager for a restaurant in Cagayan de Oro where I handled content planning, created graphic materials, edited photos and videos, scheduled posts, and wrote engaging captions to strengthen the brand’s online presence. Through this role, I developed skills in digital marketing, audience engagement, and content strategy.

During my college years, I was also actively involved in various organizations where I contributed as a graphic designer and editor. I created promotional materials, edited videos, and supported online campaigns for events and programs. These experiences helped me enhance my creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

In addition, I held leadership roles in student organizations where I helped organize major events such as Seniors Night and other campus activities. These responsibilities strengthened my teamwork, problem-solving, and project management skills.

I consider myself a creative, adaptable, and motivated individual who enjoys learning new skills and taking on new challenges. My combined background in education, digital content creation, and leadership allows me to communicate ideas effectively, work well with teams, and contribute positively to any organization.

My goal is to continuously grow professionally while using my skills in communication, design, and digital media to create meaningful impact and support the success of the team or organization I work with.
