Managed a wide variety of OERI software and IE projects interfacing with Wal Mart RDC executives,
OERI Senior Management (including the CEO, CFO, President and Vice President of Operations),
software engineering teams, network engineering teams, multiple client teams and numerous OERI and
Wal Mart managers to bring OERI specific software to every Wal Mart Return Distribution Center
(RDC) inside the USA. Working ahead of the Wal Mart RDC production team to assess and report on
each OERI client item and divert client products from the Wal Mart pipeline to an OERI specific
supply chain area. Of particular use was the ability to not only assess client products for supply chain
viability but also to assess client product for Customer Abuse and remove it from the Wal Mart RDC
and OERI pipeline before Wal Mart personnel touched it. These projects of capturing, reporting and
transmitting all data from the USA Wal Mart RDCs to OERI data centers allowed a significant savings
to be seen throughout the RDC supply chain by Wal Mart, OERI, and OERI clients.
Managed the projects of an OERI expansion from the home office of 165,000 sq ft to several 60,000+
sq ft remote sites working with OERI client Executives, OERI Senior Management, and network
engineering teams (both OERI and Client to ensure data capturing, data integrity and data movement
from the remote sites to the data centers and to clients. A substantial savings in production costs was
seen by both OERI and OERI clients.
Using Industrial Engineering best performance techniques to set up production lines to ensure data
collection areas were placed appropriately for supply chain flow and overall efficiency. A real time
system was established that dramatically improved productivity and ROI.

capability. This dramatically reduced inventory maintenance costs and was seen as very beneficial to
OERI and OERI clients with a year over year 99.8% accuracy.

received at all USA Wal-Mart RDCs and multiple company sites, maintaining real time data integrity
