English is my native language. I have been publishing online since 2009. My last two years of high school were spent on the journalism team (2012 to 2013). I started beta reading for aspiring authors in 2015. In 2018, I began proofreading and editing academic essays and tutored college students in 2019. I continue my online publications to keep my skills sharp.

The different positions I was put in over the years gave me a lot of experience in different areas of writing, particularly proofreading and editing. However, thanks to my creative writing skills, I can also spruce up an individual's bio for their website, blog, account, etc.

*NOTE: All proofreading/editing texts in my portfolio have two halves. The first half is the original, completely untouched text and the second half (indicated by a page break) shows my revisions in bold. Anything else in my portfolio was written by me and is completely original.
