I find VA interesting because my passion for good customer relations plays an amazing role in my life. I had previous experience with the hospitality industry. And interacting with different guests brings joy to my heart. Especially hearing them say “thank you” with a smile could easily make up my day. Whenever I am assisting and answering queries online, I am very much overwhelmed because they chose to start up a conversation with me.
