I work in Agile environments (Scrum and SAFe) and support teams end-to-end: from requirements discovery and user stories to backlog refinement, delivery support, testing and post-implementation improvements. My technical toolkit includes SQL (T-SQL) for data analysis and reporting, BPMN/UML for process modeling and tools such as JIRA and Postman. I collaborate effectively with developers on integrations, data flows and system behavior, ensuring requirements are realistic and ready for implementation.
