I am 44 years old, I am Romanian and I live in beautiful Croatia. The most important asset I bring to the job you are considering me for, is my life experience and extensive experience in customer service. Over the past 20+ years, I have worked in the tourism industry as a tour leader and I thoroughly understand customer perception, needs and meeting expectations.

I understand that your project is intended for an audience and tailoring it to meet the targets within that audience requires more than just technical experience and execution.
