            In my position as Regional Operation Manager for AK Postal Services Holding SA, I had the chance to directly coordinate a local team, and I was also involved with developing processes and create workflow manuals. I also provided specialized technical training sessions for manager and execution level employees.

In my Quality Assurance Engineer roles, I exercised a calculated and methodical approach to problem solving. I am independently motivated, yet I appreciate team efforts and collaborate productively within groups.
