You can call me Migs. I’m 32 years old and I’m from the City of Bacoor, in the Province of Cavite, Philippines (just outside Metro Manila).
I’ve studied a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, though I didn’t get to finish it because I stopped coming into the 4th year of my curriculum.
Since then, I’ve been working now for 11 years. From being a documentations-operations assistant for a real estate company for 2 years, another 2 years in a couple of BPO companies as a customer service representative, and the last 7 years working for the local government of the City of Bacoor and Province of Cavite.
I have a very diverse experience relative to being a virtual assistant such as but not limited to managing an executive’s calendar, facilitating meetings and/or providing meeting support, organizing small and large scale activities, seminars and events, creating hundreds of travel itineraries, making presentations and doing extensive research.
I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop, along with a strong familiarity with various project management and AI tools. I have also developed organizational, multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that are essential to excel in this industry, allowing me to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.
