Currently in Stuttgart, Germany. Just finished an internship at Mercedes-Benz AG. I worked in the reliability department at the improvement of a MATLAB-based semi-empirical model for capacity fading of lithium-ion batteries of chemistry Graphite/NMC on the following aspects:

-Generalization and automation

of the model.

-Introduction of physical relationships to simplify the existing modeling approach.

-Study of the relationship between

aging factors and the “Sudden Death" point of capacity and evaluation of a possible classification model.

-Introduction of various post-mortem analysis techniques to identify aging mechanisms and validate previous conclusions.
