▪ Phytoplankton culturing Mainly on tropical Diatoms using F/2 medium
▪ Developed phytoplankton cultures up to mono level and carried out experimental works on the
growth kinetics of phytoplankton and their physiological adaptation to environmental variables.
▪ Seasonal sampling was attempted to know the distribution pattern of phytoplankton according to
varying salinity.

estimated.
