As a software programmer of Unicredit Bank ( Italy ) on Payments & BL Transactional
Products team I was involved in different projects for development and implementation of web
application.
I took part on meetings with the clients regarding business and tehnical solutions, I wrote
part of the analysis report and I optimized the software application .
My core were are:
Run
Ensuring the maintenance of the main application used by the payments system by monitoring
Jobs and Splunk alerts in Production and tests environments.
Solving the incidents that were created by the people from branches related with customer
issues.
Managing the performance of query`s from the prodution and test databases.
Change
Resolving the assigned defects appeared on the application ranged from simple GUI
modifications by configuring or rewriting XML, XSL, JSP, JS, CSS files and changing the
functionality of the current implementation in order to solve the bugs appeared on the process.
Implementing new modules and functionalities like creating new Soap WebServicesin, file
parsers, new jobs that were processing the parsed data in order to improve the application and
increase the satisfaction of the client.
