I have worked in the Customer Care field for the past two years. I am an intermediate level Customer Care/ Support agent.

The services that I offer, but not limited to, include handling basic issues, solving complex and managing a team of agents. I have experience in these areas for 3 years. I have worked with platforms such as Zendesk. I am highly experienced in communication channels like email, help desk/ tickets and both outbound and inbound phone support.

My experience in a busy Call Centre, email and chat environment has strengthened my skills in helping resolve customer issues and cultivating a positive image of the company as customers are the root of a company’s success.

I excel in both team environments and working alone, as well as, listening attentively to solve problems quickly and efficiently so as to improve the customer service of the company and to create a high-quality professional relationship with customers. I am fully committed to follow company procedures and winning the loyalty of customers.
