Hi there! Thanks for checking out my profile. I'll give you an overview of my skills and strengths. I am well organized, pro-active, efficient, and self-motivated. I always believed that in order for me to succeed, I should always be willing to go the extra mile. Through that, it would help me learn new skills and then reach for a higher personal and professional standard. Being able to contribute on my client's success is how I define the word Success.

I have been in the BPO industry for almost 4 years. I started as an outbound sales representative. During that time, I focused on giving a quality service that even my call recordings were used in different companies, associated with our account that time, and it was used as training materials, (as an example of a quality call). After almost a year, I got promoted as a Campaign Manager and handled a different campaign. It was an Insurance Account. I was in that position for almost 3 years and it was one of the longest-running campaigns in my previous company. My main tasks are administrative work and operates as the point of contact that communicates client needs and demands to the employer company.

Tasks also include:

-Managing projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals

-Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts

-Making sure to meet the client's expectation and ensuring satisfaction

-Coordinating with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service

-Keeping records of clients transaction

-In-charge of the operation of the campaign.

-Maintaining a healthy and friendly environment under a strong leadership
