I previously worked in a BPO company. After working as s Customer Service Representative for 6 months and received lots of recognition, I was promoted as a Team Manager. I handled at least 10 agents doing scheduling, call monitoring and making sure the team maintains good performance. I'm also responsible for training new employees and scanning new applicants thru interviews. I've done tons of data entries. I am highly motivated person and like to expand my learning thru projects.
