• As a Menu Transcriptionist, I transcribe restaurant menu data, from source (PDF, image, website) into data in the system. I have high attention to detail, the ability to work quickly while still focusing on quality, and a strong grasp of English most especially spelling and grammar. I provide an ideal workflow of how to transcribe data from menu source, into fully structured data for our clients. This will include correctly coding data into various fields, such as item title, description, price, price options, as well as other data.
• As a Data Entry Specialist, my daily task involves encoding client information into a prescribed format and system. I follow through agreed strategies and provide feedback to assess better alternatives. My constant contribution in program/software research helps the company reach its competitive edge in the Business Process Outsourcing industry.
• As a Lead Generation Specialist, I was responsible for identifying, qualifying and building prospect lists based on the targeting criteria provided by the client; sourcing and validating emails and other contact details; sending out campaign messages; adhering to company procedures and guidelines in ensuring that our clients' accounts and domains are not harmed by our activities; reporting of daily activities, campaign status and outcome; maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential and making sure that campaigns run smoothly, without error, and on schedule.

I have high attention to detail, strong reading comprehension, fast typing skills (67 words per minute), the ability to work quickly while still focusing on quality, and time management skills.
