I am currently managing my own Balloon and Cake business at home. But before that, I was able to work as an Administrative Assistant for 8 months in one of the real state located in our city. Being in that position, I was trained how to handle work and pressure with less supervision. Aside from learning how to do computer works, I was trained how to do multi-tasking which is very important in all jobs. After working as an Administrative Assistant, I had worked as a Customer Service Representative in one of the BPO company in Makati City for 2 years. In that field, I learned a lot. I learned how to be calm despite of pressure. I learned how to assist customers in a best way. I learned how to communicate with them well. And I have learned and understand the meaning of service.
