Responsibilities:
World Environment Day 2019 campaign coordination; registering of events for participants, issuing certificates, responding to information requests
Event management: assisted in organizing United Nations Environment Programme's Champions of the Earth annual award ceremony: supporting the setting up of the invite system and registration for the guests, following up with the event management company (Webster) as well as other event vendors, supporting the event management process (budgeting, finance, procurement, venue, MCs, entertainment, food etc)
Post event evaluation and feedback analysis to determine what did and did not work and provide recommendations for hosting and managing future events
Generated statistics for attendance of the Champions of the Earth event and submitted the stats for review and analysis
Communication/digital strategy: liaise with the various division teams including website, social media, multimedia, graphic design and translation teams to effectively communicate and increase awareness of the Champions of the Earth award ceremony and brand as a whole
