Oversee a portfolio of 16 HOA communities consisting of Single family, town homes, condominiums,
and office parks providing Governance & Board Support, Financial Management, Vendor Maintenance

On-site High-Rise HOA Manager - First Residential-
Provided on-site management of a 432 unit, 18 story condo building, including 4 commercial
spaces. Oversight of front door staff, janitorial staff and building engineers. Lead a $6M balcony
restoration capital expense project.
Regional Property Manager - UIRC-
Manage the day to day operations across several portfolios consisting of 25+ properties,
including lease management, contractor selection/assignment, and tenant
communication.
Leasing Agent/Property Manager - Capital Acquisitions-
Manage daily operations of the property. Oversee and track property maintenance. Collect
all rent and association payments. Assist in yearly budget preparation. Market units and
negotiate rental amounts and screen tenants. Attend monthly board meetings and manage
HOA. Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs, contracting
various vendors for landscaping, snow removal, and hiring cleaning services. Maintained a
98% occupancy rate with a 87% tenant retention for leased units.Promoted from Leasing
