I am an experienced call center agent for 8 years and counting. I started as a Back Office Editor for an American Telecommunications company and had been a Customer Service Representative in fields such as telecommunications and e-commerce from known the United States and Australian companies. I also had experience as a Chat Support Agent and, at the same time, was a Product Trainer for the same account.
I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for a doctor's office. I create email and fax to be sent to doctors' office and medical facility to refer our patients. I call the doctor's office to set an appointment for our patients and follow up for the medical records to be sent back to us. I also call patients to do a survey on the service they receive from the physician and the medical facility. All records are placed on a CRM and excel file for tracking and recording.
I am also working as a Virtual Assistant for a UK e-commerce account. I list items for their eBay account and their website answer inquiry from customers.
