About me
Hi, I’m Michelle! I’m an aspiring Virtual Assistant and Executive Assistant
with a strong background in administration, having worked 14 years as
an Administrative Supervisor. I love keeping things organized, managing
calendars and emails, and making sure tasks are done on time. Recently,
I also started doing freelance admin and web support, which helped me
discover new tools and ways to help businesses run smoothly.
Outside of work, I’m someone who enjoys learning new skills, exploring
digital tools, and finding ways to grow personally and professionally. I’m
also family-oriented, and I value balance between work and personal life.

I have over 13 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant at
Toyota Balintawak Inc., where I handled a wide range of
administrative tasks including document management, scheduling,
data entry, and customer coordination. My role required attention to
detail, organizational skills, and the ability to support multiple
departments efficiently.
Currently, I am transitioning my expertise into the virtual workspace
as an aspiring Virtual Assistant. I specialize in inbox and calendar
management, data entry, and documentation, using digital tools to
help clients stay organized and productive. With my strong
background in office administration and commitment to accuracy, I
am confident in delivering reliable support to businesses and
professionals.
