Good day,

I am a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in account management, customer service, and administrative roles. I have exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities, excelling in building relationships with clients, resolving complex issues, and driving operational efficiency. My ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and adapt to changing requirements has consistently resulted in exceeding expectations. I previously worked from home (fulltime) for Nedbank vehicle financing, for 10 years, looking after key accounts. During my career as a vehicle finance manager, I consistently built rapport and closed deals telephonically. I am a good listener and build on what the client is communicating to me; I generally try to first find common ground with the client, on which to build my rapport, and proceed from there. I consistently won annual sales competitions, although, in my opinion, a great indication of my sales ability was the repeat business earned, as well as the sales volumes generated through word of mouth.                                                                                                                                          

Transparency, integrity and honesty, are paramount in my life, and in my view when these values are practiced, phenomenal customer satisfaction becomes the order of the day. I don’t want any of my clients to feel as though they are simply a number. I pride myself on providing an experience of genuine personal service, making my clients feel that they are indeed a top priority.

I continually strive for excellence in all that I do, as I am not a fan of touching the same paper a second time. I am neither a fan of excuses, although I do acknowledge that we are all human and as such will encounter challenges and/or err from time to time; however, it is how we handle those challenges that will determine the outcome we choose for ourselves.

I would welcome working with a team of like-minded people, working towards the same common goals. As far as possible I try to practice doing unto others as I would have done unto me; I believe that no man is an island and that we are better together. I readily assist my team mates wherever I am able to, so that we all flourish and grow together.

I am fluent in English, with great grammar, which just happens to be one of my passions, hence the Proofreading and Editing diploma which I completed.

I enjoy a strong internet connection; both upload and download, as well as a backup system in place for intermittent electricity downtimes.
