-Create vessel financial report every month, then verifying the
reports and confirm the contents of the reports with the vessel
captain, and make sure all the documents are verified and
completely correct, and also schedule the payments to send
money to vessel.
-Checking all the financial reports on the vessel and ensure all
expenses and income are correct, and always communicating with
vessel captain about all the financial reports and check all the
vessel expenses and ensure everything is correct and in
accordance with office regulations.
-Processing & verifying payment requisitions / purchase orders in
the office autocount application, office portal site and the office
msteam application and make sure all the required documents are
completely correct and then schedule the payments.
-Processing & verifying deposit documents and ensuring all
documents must be complete in accordance with office
regulations.
