I have extensive background in technical support and customer service. I have almost 3 years of experience working in BPO industry. I have more than 5 years experience teaching ESL and Academic subjects to various nationalities. Also, I have worked as a virtual assistant for almost 2 years now. I am an organized person and keep track of all the tasks. I complete all tasks ahead of time as I don't like cramming. Above all, I do all my best in everything that I do.
