I am Michelle Palma.

Being a Customer Service representative is my main skill. Handling customers concern, order tracking, account inquiries and much more. I love to help resolve customers problems while being fiendly and building a connection with them.

I must say that I am no expert with virtual assistant job but I have some basic knowledge with product listing, product researching, organizing label and such. I am also good with managing my tim and keeping up with the deadlines. I am reliable,trustworthy and hardworking.
