• I Do Examine and verify titles • Create a Title Report for a property to check its open liens like Mortgage, IRS Liens, City Repair Lien, judgments, etc.
• Examine deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, mineral rights and plats/maps to determine ownership, encumbrances, and to verify legal descriptions of property.
