My experience providing customer excellent service should allow me to adjust quickly to the demands of being a customer service representative. I learned how to be patient and how to empathize with my customers. I also developed the ability to perform any given task quickly and efficiently. I also worked as a Chat Moderator and worked for Lead Generation.
