During the pandemic, I transitioned from doing corporate work to remote work. I had the privilege of working for a Swiss co-living real estate company as a Customer Care Associate and eventually landed a role as a Project Assistant for a New Zealand fitout company.
The majority of my career was built working for American Express, a multinational banking corporation specializing in card payment services. We focus on providing exceptional customer care to small business owners, maximizing their membership by offering tools and sharing best practices to ensure their businesses’ continued growth and success.
In my earlier career, I worked with Hinduja Global Solutions, a global leader in business process management. We deliver best-in-class support for consumer cardholders.
