In my previous position, I handled inbound calls, addressing inquiries about products, services, and policies. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. I possess strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, which enable me to de-escalate situations and find effective solutions to clients' concerns, ensuring smooth transactions.
