My previous work is
a Customer Service Representative of Amazon.com Retail Department for (1 year and 11 months) we're trained for taking orders, assisting customers for lost packages, issue with unknown charges in their credit cards, helping them to set up an account, walking through customers having an issue with their subscriptions not working.
Now I'm working with Metro By T-mobile Telecommunications company (9 Months) we're assisting customers having an issue with their service like data issues, sms issue and issue making in and out calls. Also assisting we're assisting them having an issue with their billing statement and features/subscriptions not working.
