I am currently working as a Collection Representative in an Australian Account for about 3 years now but prior to that I worked as a Customer and Technical Representative for a UK account for 2 years under the same company in the Philippines. I started with my current account as a Credit Assessor where we filtered those qualified residents who can loan a cash or rent an item. Given terms and conditions to pay for it. My job is very crucial as it will filter the right customer and eventually help the business grow. By moving to Collections Team, I was able to personally know the reason why some customer is not able to pay their loans. Making sure they would be able to catch up, providing some ways to lessen their burdens and manage to be on track on paying their debts.
