Technical Records Officer -Planning
Reports to Planning supervisor
Ensuring that the Technical Records in Global Jet documentation are current and adequate
Update Flight Hours, Flight Cycles and landings in the approved Maintenance Tracking System (CAMP &Flypal System) and produce projected maintenance and aircraft status reports on a Weekly, Monthly and Yearly basis
Provide the contracted maintenance providers (MRO) Maintenance Repair Overhaul with technical and documentation support to ensure defects are rectified with the given aircraft downtime.
Ensure work package and all relevant maintenance documentation are complete and accounted for at the end of each maintenance input.
Administer an effective record keeping system and procedure, administrate work order register.
Establishing work reports and log books entries Airframe, Engine and APU for customer and concerned Aviation Authorities.
Upon completion of work package, ensuring that all work order has been accomplished and required documentation are properly signed.
Ensures that the maintenance records especially permanent records are secured and protected from damage, theft, fire or sabotage.
Library Controller and Technical Publications Analyst -Document Controller

Ensuring that the technical Documentation in Global Jets Library is current and adequate.
Responsible for the proper control of the library including revision status of publications and documents held in the library.
Responsible for liaising with the contracted maintenance provider to ensure all maintenance persons have access to up-date-date continuing airworthiness data.
