• Business Partnering - I have experience in providing support in strategic business operations planning through close collaboration with the commercial team. Further, I provide financial insights on various business unit initiatives to ensure that the opportunities for profit and cost minimization are optimized.
• Experience in Public Practice - I have background in financial statement audits for companies in various industries that include agriculture, manufacturing, real estate, entertainment and advertising, shipping and logistics, and business process outsourcing.
• Interpersonal Skills - I approach my colleagues with respect towards their work, their position and their limitations. Having established good working relationships with both my colleagues and clients, I believe that I would be able to quickly adapt to a change in work environment.
• Communication and Presentation – I am proficient in leading strategic operational discussions across functions and to upper management. I am also tapped to facilitate trainings on accounting and finance to operations and enabling functions.
• Drive for Success - I aspire for advancement in my career experience and I am highly motivated to fulfill a challenging role in any field that will enable me to. This will be coupled by building on my work experience from both commercial finance and public practice.
• Attention to Detail - This skill is a base expectation in my field of work for which I have considered as one of my expertise. Through this I am able to capture significant financial and compliance issues that have impact in business value generation.
• Learning Agility - I am a quick and independent learner, very responsible, highly dependable and I pride myself on being resourceful. I believe that through this I was able to transition smoothly from financial audit to commercial finance.
