It’s Time for New Leadership. It’s Time for Common Ground and Common Sense. It’s Time to Elect Ira Bershad to Congress in the TX-26
The residents of the Texas 26th congressional district, comprised of Denton County and Northern Tarrant County, deserve leadership and a congressman willing to listen to his entire constituency. . That is why Ira Bershad is proud to announce his candidacy for Congress. Ira will make that announcement Sunday, May 7th at Denton Square beginning at 11 am. At that time, Ira will outline his reasons for running in this important North Texas election.
This district is home to some of the state’s and nation’s fastest growing cities. “It’s time for TX-26 to have a Congressman who will represent every constituent and not special interests”, said Bershad. “I look forward to meeting as many people as I can throughout the district before the election. I want to understand what the voters feel are their top priorities and I plan to do a lot of listening. My campaign will not be about me. It will be entirely about them.”
Director of Outreach for Bershad’s campaign, Brandon Chase McGee, added, “Ira will fight for the best interests of those who care about affordable healthcare, a strong economy that works for all North Texas families, and an education system that provides world class education and prepares students for the variety of careers available to them in the district.” Bershad feels strongly that to be an effective Representative, you must be able to respectfully listen to both sides of all debates and argument and then negotiate so that both sides feel vested in the outcome.
We invite you to join us this Sunday, May 7th at Denton Square beginning at 11 am. A Congressman who will work for all residents of TX-26 and be guided by seeking Common Ground and Common Sense.
It’s Time.
