Innovative New Products Provide Solutions for Parents with Young Children
Denton, TX- Nobody knows who said it, but it still rings true. Necessity is the mother of invention. For example, take Baby Shusher, which is among the bestselling baby sleep devices in the country, and is utilized in several neonatal units. It was created because an Austin minister was having trouble getting his infant daughter to sleep.
Another example is Dream Catcher, which is an inflatable cushion that surrounds a baby’s crib. It was invented by a dad in the United Kingdom whose son tumbled out of his crib and onto the hard floor below. The child recovered from his facial injuries, but the dad resolved he wouldn’t let it happen again.
pNeo (pronounced Neo), a company based in the Dallas suburbs, exists to help inventors get their products into the marketplace.
“We are a business incubator,” said Charlotte Wenham, Director of Marketing. “People from all walks of life come to us with inspired ideas. If their product fits our niche, we take over the day-to-day operations in exchange for a shareholding in their company.”
At a time when so many products for young children are flooding the marketplace, many new and expectant parents are unsure of what they should look for when shopping.
“Parents are making buying decisions without being fully equipped with the information they need.” said Wenham. “Our goal lies beyond selling a product. We want our customers to be well educated about their options and confident in their purchase.”
We invite business journalists to interview Charlotte Wenham about our unique business model and how inventors can partner with pNeo to get their products on store shelves. Health journalists are welcome to talk with Wenham about what sets these products apart and how passion and innovation enables us to provide solutions for the problems many new and expectant parents face.
