Michael Nicholas

I am a native English speaker from Canada who has lived in Chile for the past 11 years. I have my permanent residency in Chile and speak Spanish with a high level of proficiency.

I have extensive experience in customer relations/sales, appointment setting, interpersonal relations and conflict resolution.

Through my years of work experience, both in the private and public sectors, I have developed a strong work ethic based on a strong sense of responsibility. My labour history has always involved jobs with a high level of personal interaction with the public. I am self motivated, able to make decisions or follow instructions as needed.

I have excellent organizational and task management skills, developed through managing projects and dealing with clients, other businesses and the public on a one-to-one basis. I am flexible in my availability and even have experience working during irregular hours.
