My background:

I have more than 25 years of architectural design experience including 17 years in California (USA) designing and preparing residential plans for planning and building approval as well as for construction. The scope of works ranges from simple addition/remodel to full-scale high-end new construction. I am also well versed in the different architectural styles such as Modern, Mid-century Modern, Contemporary, Craftsman, Shingle, Tudor, Colonial, Victorian, Mediterranean, and California Mission.

My services:

*Prepare complete or partial architectural drawings for planning approval, building permit and/or construction. All drawings are created using AutoCAD and sheets for print are produced in PDF or DWF format.

*Create 3D cad models using Sketchup and/or digital renderings using Vray.
