I'm a leadership and learning professional passionate about empowering individuals and teams. I have deep expertise in leadership, Learning and Development, teaching, customer service and project management.

I was selected to lead and direct two separate church communities of 700+ members, and have been praised by leadership for effective management. At my last company I was credited as the architect of the learning platform, where learning engagement grew from non-existent to 100%.

I have held various customer-facing, and sales positions, in institutional banking, investment managment, staffing, entrepreneurship, and non-profit work. This includes work on three different continents and in multiple languages.
