Hi, my name is Michael John Loyola, and I’m from Calamba City, Laguna. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management . I have over 6 years of experience in customer service, account management, administrative operations and sales.

In my previous roles, I worked as a Group Retail Manager and Branch Manager, where I handled daily operations, supervised teams, and managed client communications. I also have a strong background in customer support and software tools, which has helped me streamline processes and ensure client satisfaction.

I consider myself proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. I’m excited about the opportunity to bring my skills in organization, client handling, and multitasking to contribute effectively.
