I have over 8 years of experience as a customer service, sales, and technical support representative and I took the following roles:

• Customer Support and Sales Representative/Team Supervisor for Expedia for 3 years:

• Helped customers book flights, hotel accommodations, and car rentals

• Reservation modifications or cancellations

• Team management, floor support, call queue management, sales conversion reporting, and administrative and organizational tasks

• Customer/Technical Support Representative for Comcast for 5 years:

• Helped customers with billing issues, troubleshot internet and phone connection issues, and handled customer complaints

I was also a Graphic Artist for the local government for 1.5 years and created tarpaulins, logos, flyers, posters, and ID's. I usually use Adobe Photoshop CS6 for designing.
