Hi, I’m Michael, and I come from a strong background in the BPO industry, where I’ve spent the past few years helping customers, solving problems, and building real connections over the phone and online. Working in that environment taught me a great deal about how to remain calm under pressure, how to truly listen to what people need, and how to turn difficult conversations into positive outcomes.
I’ve handled everything from billing issues to product concerns, and I’ve also done some upselling and customer retention. What I realized through all of it is that I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and finding the right solutions for them, which is why I’m excited to shift into a sales role. I see sales not as convincing someone to buy something, but as helping them discover something that fits their needs. I’m driven, adaptable, and I love working in fast-paced environments where I can learn, grow, and contribute to a team.
