Prior to working as a virtual assistant I was employed as a customer service representative for 1 year. I was assigned to the Billing Department of AT&T/Directv, where we handled all the concerns our customers may have in regards to their bills. We also offered them the best solutions and advertised our other services like internet and phone connection.
I also worked for an Entrepreneur as a Lead Generation Virtual Assistant, I handled emails. I sent out advertising through the help of emails, I have worked for them for 3 months.
As a Virtual Assistant, it is important that we get the frayed things straightened out to help our clients focus on their main business.
