I started my career in the BPO (Call Center) industry back in 2002. I handled campaigns ranging from sales (inbound and outbound), bank/credit card customer service, inbound order processing and lead generation. I became a trainer in 2006 and handled both Accent and Product Training. I transitioned to home-based work in 2012 handling various projects ranging from chat support, email support, inbound and outbound voice calls. My last position was an operations manager for a start up company. I handled the customer service side of the business. I am also an on-call trainer handling Human Resource Development. Our freelance group specializes in coaching and SLEs (Self Learned Experiences). I am a fast learner, and a results driven type of person. I consider myself as a solution provider as well. Currently I am a life coach specializing in helping out married couples.
