Good Work Ethic: A good work ethic is critical to being a great VA. This means being diligent, dedicated, and committed to producing quality work.

Positive Attitude: A positive attitude can go a long way in the workplace. I am very optimistic, enthusiastic, and have a can-do attitude that motivates my colleagues.

Team Player: Being a team player means being able to work collaboratively with others, share knowledge and resources, and contribute to a positive work culture.

Continuous Learning: Good employees are always eager to learn and improve. They take initiative to stay up-to-date with industry trends, attend trainings, and seek feedback from their supervisors.
