For the past 6 months I was a virtual assistant for an Amazon US online shop who searches some profitable products and compile them in an excel spreadsheet and making sure that all data are accurate. I always make sure that customers are satisfied with my service while following the proper processes and procedures of the company. During my previous employment, I was also a team leader in a BPO setting job, thus, I know the importance of being proactive and working efficiently with less supervision.
