Recently, I've worked as a Seasonal Recruitment Specialist for an international company based in the
US, where I conduct Zoom and phone interviews, managing the candidates' application from screening to
scheduling them for training. I've also worked as a customer service representative, managing inbound
and outbound calls. In my first year, I was assigned to 6 different accounts simultaneously: 2 of them were online schools, another account was a financial account, and attorney consultation. After a year, I was promoted to an Enrollment Auditor position, where I became a dedicated agent with only one account. My responsibilities are email management and auditing the client's file.
I always aspire to be the best version of myself every day. Having that kind of mindset
directs me to the path of excellence in whatever I do. I'm also eager to learn new things
(Not only the job role but also understanding the client, the company, and the details around it).
I'm an achiever and willing to go beyond my role.
