Directing and managing all creative work coming in and going out of the agency, from
devising initial briefs and communication plans through to the final activations.
Planning and monitoring 360º campaigns, identifying and hiring specialists as needed,
reviewing presentations, developing best-in-class brand standards. Brand governance, 360º
Branding, promotional campaigns and marketing toolkits. Leading workshops, pitches and
presentations. Working closely with teams to deliver engaging content to brands, including
The Art of Shaving, Viome, P&G, ProStudioMasters, Nirvana and Gillette Venus. Conducting
all interviews during hiring process as well as leading regular team performance reviews and
objectives setting. Co-ordinating training, events and employee activities to help teams feel
relaxed, inspired and happy. Fostering strong relationships with clients; communicating with
them on a daily basis to ensure complete satisfaction. Delivering guidance and building
strong relationships with our full-time and freelance teams. Conducting annual visits to meet
clients in the US to present annual reviews and leading alignment with all contributing third
parties.
